DRI Healthcare and DRI Healthcare Trust are committed to maintaining high ethical standards according to its Code of Conduct and all applicable laws and regulations. Any alleged or suspected impropriety should be immediately reported and brought to the attention of management and the board of trustees. We believe all stakeholders play an important role in us upholding professional conduct and any whistleblowers will be protected under applicable regulations.
Activities that should be reported include any and all forms of fraud, theft, accounting irregularities, insider trading, breach of fiduciary duty, corruption, or other breaches of policy or securities laws.
Whistleblower tips can be submitted anonymously or non-anonymously based on your preference, using the confidential submission box at IntegrityCounts or through the whistleblower hotline: 1-866-921-6714 (toll-free) as a line of communication directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and Chair of the Audit Committee of the Trust.
